A 50 % deposit is required to confirm your booking either with Visa or
Mastercard
Payment at the Ranch is due upon arrival and can be with Visa, Mastercard, debit, or cash

Check in between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm
Check out by 11 am
2 Day minimum stay
Single nights depending on availability (See Rates)
Maximum 4 adults per cabin
Family - 2 adults and a max. 4 children under the age of 18
All cabins are smoke free
Pets are not allowed
There is no phone or TV in the cabins (cell reception is good)
Full kitchen, BBQ, linens, towels
Visitors permitted between noon and 8pm but are not entitled to use hot tub or sauna
It is advisable to reserve your horseback riding or sleigh rides in advance

-50 % deposit required at the time of booking
Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival for reservations in July and August
Balance of account due on arrival
Deposits are refundable less a $30.00 administration fee
If you cancel with less that 30 days notice and we can rebook your cabin, your deposit will be refunded less a $30.00 administration fee during Regular season and less a $100 administration fee during High Season
Date changes made with 30 or more days notice are charged a $30.00
administration fee
No refund for days lost due to late arrival or early departure.
Gift certificates are subject to the above cancellation policies
Your verbal authorization to use your credit card for your payment affirms your compliance with our reservation policy

If the Department of Highways closes Trans Canada #1 to Falcon Lake, we will offer you a credit of your deposit to be used within the same winter season
